Medical sciences. The system of automatic marking of phases of deep sleep and epileptic seizures ECoG data
Alexander Kovalev, a leading specialist at the Siberian Center for Artificial Intelligence of Tomsk State University (Russia)
A system of automatic marking of EEG/ECoG data is presented, designed to isolate the phases of deep sleep and epileptic seizures (rats are observed). This tool is designed for scientists involved in the study of epilepsy, and allows you to automate the analysis of 24-hour recordings of brain activity, which was previously performed manually and took a considerable amount of time. Now data processing takes about 3 minutes, which significantly increases the efficiency of scientific research.
